Boeing 747-8 from the Qatari royal family Copy link

Qatar's royal family gave a 13-year-old Boeing 747-8 to the U.S. Defense Department for use as Air Force One. Sources told ABC News in May 2025 that ownership would pass to the Trump Presidential Library Foundation by Jan. 1, 2029. Aviation experts put the jet's value at about $400 million, ABC News and NBC News reported. In August 2026, Eric Trump told NBC News that an old Air Force One, not the Qatari jet, would be displayed at the library.

      Paid by Qatari royal family

Listed as alleged because the plane went to the Air Force, not to Trump, and is no longer clearly slated to pass to him or his library. Eric Trump, who is developing the library, told NBC News the Qatari jet is "not the plan at the moment" for Miami, and the Washington Examiner reported the library commitment "appears to have been backtracked on." It moves back to Reported if a transfer to Trump or his library is confirmed. Value estimates for this jet range from $200 million to $400 million (NBC News). They exclude the security refit, which experts told NBC could cost over $1 billion and which the Air Force pays for. A White House official told ABC News in August 2026 that "No final decision has been made yet" about the jet's future after his term.

Wedding celebrations paid for by Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev Copy link

ProPublica reported that Umar Kremlev, the Russian head of the International Boxing Association and a Putin associate, paid "hundreds of thousands of dollars" of expenses for Donald Trump Jr.'s May 2026 wedding weekend in the Bahamas, through an IBA-affiliated entity in Dubai. That included several nights on a private island that rents for about $100,000 a night and a fireworks show the vendor typically prices around $70,000. Bettina Trump called it "an extraordinarily generous wedding gift from a friend."

Paid by Umar Kremlev, via an IBA-affiliated company in Dubai

Floor figure: Verstka puts the island and fireworks at $170,000, from ProPublica's price estimates for one island night plus the fireworks. ProPublica says Kremlev paid for multiple nights and other costs, so the total is likely higher. Alleged because the amount rests on one investigation; the gift itself is confirmed by Bettina Trump and Kremlev.

Navy contract for Virginia-class submarine parts from Anduril's Maryland shipyard Copy link

The Navy awarded Anduril a contract worth up to $2.9 billion for Virginia-class submarine components and large assemblies, to be built at Arsenal-2, a shipyard Anduril plans at Sparrows Point, Maryland, and delivered to Electric Boat and Newport News Shipbuilding. Payments are tied to demonstrated production; the contract does not pay for the facility. The award number and contract type have not been published and it does not appear on USAspending, so no amount obligated is public; a senior administration official said funding is expected mainly from fiscal 2028 on.

Awarded to Anduril by U.S. Navy

Tie Luckey founded Anduril with Trae Stephens, its executive chairman. He gave $200,000 to the Trump 47 Committee, a Trump joint fundraising committee, in June 2024, FEC filings show, and Fortune put his donations to Trump's 2024 campaign at $400,000. Trump's team consulted Stephens on reshaping the military after the election, Bloomberg reported.

The announced $6.6 billion combines this Navy ceiling with Anduril's own $3.7 billion investment in the shipyard; only the Navy contract is federal money to Anduril and only it is listed. Maryland and Baltimore County committed incentives of up to 13% of Anduril's investment, subject to legislative approval; those are state funds and not counted. Trump said taxpayers would receive a 40% stake in the shipyard but did not say how, and Anduril's announcement does not mention government ownership. Trump thanked Luckey by name at the Oct. 6 event, calling him a “friend,” CNBC reported. On Sept. 30, 2026, days before this award was announced, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth named Luckey, with Elon Musk and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, to lead Project Meridian, a 120-day Pentagon study of the weapons and capabilities the U.S. may need in future wars. NPR reported that the Pentagon did not say whether they were hired as special government employees or contractors.

Nunes left Trump Media on April 21, 2026, and under his separation agreement all of his unvested equity, apart from 96,721 units of his August 2025 award, was forfeited, so this figure is an upper bound: the grant was vesting quarterly through March 2027, and the units still unvested when he left were forfeited. Consulting fee from Republika Srpska's government, paid through a Washington law firm Copy link

The New York Times reported that Chris LaCivita and James Blair were each paid hundreds of thousands of dollars through a Washington-based law firm retained by the government of Republika Srpska, the Serb-run entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina led by Milorad Dodik's party, to advise on voting issues before its October 2026 election. The New York Post, citing four sources, reported that each man earned more than $100,000 from the job and that both donated the full fee to Trump's presidential library.

Paid by Government of Republika Srpska, through an unnamed Washington law firm

Amount is the New York Post's floor of more than $100,000 each; the Times put each payment at hundreds of thousands of dollars without a figure. A fee later donated was still received; the reported donation went to Trump's presidential library and LaCivita confirmed it on X. The law firm has not been named in reporting. No FARA registration or short-form filing by LaCivita, Blair or Advancing Strategies appears in the Justice Department's FARA records (checked October 30, 2026). Lucas Compton LLC, a Washington law firm registered under FARA for the Republika Srpska government, lists no payment to either man in its supplemental statement for the six months to August 31, 2026; the election work came after that period.

      Response

MAGA Inc. A MAGA Inc. spokesman declined to comment on the trip but said both men stayed engaged in the midterm effort while traveling. LaCivita said on X that the fees were donated to Trump's presidential library. The Daily Beast

Reported effort to raise $5 billion from Gulf investors Copy link

The New Yorker reported that earlier in 2026, while Kushner took part in talks with Iran, he was also discreetly raising another five billion dollars for Affinity Partners in the Middle East. No source confirms that the money was raised, so no amount is counted. The New Yorker also reported that new Middle East investments helped the fund grow by 30% in 2025, to more than $6 billion.

      Paid by Gulf investors (sought)

Corrected on 25 Oct 2026: this line previously counted $5 billion as capital raised, based on a summary that misdescribed the New Yorker's report of a fundraising effort.
