His 2025 financial disclosure lists an $8,000,000 settlement from X Corp. of his lawsuit against Twitter and Jack Dorsey over the suspension of his account. Unlike his ABC, CBS and Meta settlements, the filing does not mark this one as paid to his library foundation.

The New Republic put the X settlement at around $10 million and said it went to the library project; the disclosure lists $8 million with no library notation. Google's $22 million YouTube settlement, listed as paid to the Trust for the National Mall, is counted in the ballroom line.
