The $187 million first installment reported by the Journal is inside this line and the Stablecoin Holdco line, so it is not added separately. The disclosure lists DT Marks Defi LLC's owners as “DT Marks Defi Member Corp: 1%, DTTM Operations LLC69%, & Trump Family Members 30%”. DTTM Operations LLC and the Member Corp are Trump-owned companies on the same filing. The full amount is shown as disclosed; the filing does not split the proceeds among the owners, so no share is deducted for family members. The filing lists WLF Holdco LLC as “DT Marks Defi LLC: 38.25% & Third Parties: 61.75%”.
