His 2025 disclosure reports $196,875,000 to DT Marks SC from capital contributed by new members of Stablecoin Holdco, World Liberty's stablecoin business, and the sale of its units. Fortune, CNBC and a federal lawsuit tie this line, with the WLF Holdco sale, to the 49% stake bought by Aryam Investment 1, which is backed by UAE national security adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The lawsuit says a portion of this line is attributable to the Aryam purchase; the disclosure does not name the new members. The disclosure lists DT Marks SC LLC's owners as “DT Marks SC Member Corp: 1%, DTTM Operations LLC 69%,& Trump Family Members 30%” and its stake in Stablecoin Holdco as 38.25%. The full amount is shown as disclosed; the filing does not split it among the owners, so no share is deducted for family members.
