ICE “ImmigrationOS” targeting system Copy link
ICE added $29,898,236 to its 2022 Palantir case-management order to build “ImmigrationOS”, a system to identify and track people for deportation (modification P00009 on USAspending). The Washington Post described it as a $30 million contract.
Awarded to Palantir by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
Tie Karp co-founded Palantir and is its CEO and a director. He gave $1 million to MAGA Inc., the main pro-Trump super PAC, on 12 December 2024 and $1 million to Trump's inaugural committee five days later, FEC filings show. Palantir's chairman, Peter Thiel, is a longtime backer of Vice President JD Vance.
Only this modification is counted: the order itself was signed in 2022, and its other post-election modifications extend existing work.
