The filing says the net proceeds were paid to The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation. Lawmakers led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren say they cannot trace where the library settlement money went, The New Republic reported. Counted as a donation to a foundation he controls, not as income, because the proceeds went to the library foundation.
